The AmaNubia river ship

Measuring approximately 236 feet, or 72 meters, AmaNubia accommodates up to 76 guests in 38 staterooms and suites, including 15 spacious suites. A crew of 65 provides attentive onboard service, helping create a personalized and welcoming experience. The ship features five decks: Sun Deck, Jasmine Deck, Lily Deck, Lotus Deck and Acacia Deck. Its limited guest capacity creates a relaxed and intimate environment ideally suited to luxury Nile River cruising.

Activities and wellness on board

AmaNubia offers several spaces dedicated to relaxation and wellness. The Sun Deck features a swimming pool and bar where guests can take in the Nile scenery and Egyptian climate while sailing. The Lily Deck is home to a spa and fitness room. The journey is further enhanced by an onboard Egyptologist, offering expert insight into the history, monuments and traditions encountered throughout the itinerary.

Dining, bar and social spaces

Dining is an important part of the AmaNubia experience. Journeys Restaurant serves a combination of international favorites and dishes inspired by Egyptian and Middle Eastern flavors. For a more intimate dining experience, The Chef’s Table offers a multi-course tasting menu. Guests can also unwind in the ship’s welcoming social spaces or enjoy a drink at the Sun Deck bar while watching the landscapes of the Nile pass by.

Accommodations aboard AmaNubia

AmaNubia’s 38 staterooms and suites blend modern comfort with Egyptian-inspired design. Every accommodation features a French balcony for fresh air and Nile River views, while select categories combine a French balcony with an outside balcony. Accommodations vary by category from approximately 215 square feet, or 20 m², to the 525-square-foot, or nearly 49 m², Owner’s Suite. Individual climate control, flat-screen televisions, spacious bathrooms and a desk and chair are included, while the larger suites provide additional sitting space and upgraded amenities.

An immersive journey through Egypt and the Nile

AmaNubia sails the Nile as part of AmaWaterways’ Egypt itineraries, including Secrets of Egypt & the Nile. These journeys combine time in Cairo with a Nile River cruise exploring some of Upper Egypt’s most celebrated destinations. Luxor, Edfu, Aswan, Kom Ombo and Qena are among the locations featured. Guided excursions and expert Egyptologists provide deeper insight into ancient temples, tombs and local history, while guests enjoy the comfort of an intimate luxury river ship.
