Contrario a nuestras quejas anteriores, y con mucha validez, nos declaramos MUY SATISFECHOS de nuestra experiencia a bordo del barco Solstice. El tamano del barco es sorprendente, los espacios muy cómodos y decorados con gran gusto. El Capitán Theo encantador, saludándonos y manteniéndonos informados a través del intercom "desde su penthouse". Muy lindos los puertos de recalada (donde encontrábamos acceso gratis a Internet). Increible la gran variedad de las comidas a diario, tanto en el buffet, como en el comedor. La atención de parte de absolutamente todo el personal de abordo fue impecable, especialmente de Raymundo en nuestras cabinas, y Kristy y Tandai en el comedor donde cenamos todos los días en el turno de las 8:30 PM. Kristy incluso se preocupó de proporcionar el menu impreso en Espanol para nuestra mesa. Disfrutamos mucho de todos los espectáculos en los distintos puntos, y en el teatro, especialmente las presentaciones del comediante Fred Klett, y Milos ... aunque no podemos decir lo mismo por todos aquellos que no dominaban el Inglés ... No puedo omitir el BROCHE DE ORO del crucero: Cuando desembarcamos en Vancouver la manana del Domingo 4 de Agosto, yo sentía un leve malestar a la garganta, lo que atribuí a los cambios de temperatura al salir a la interperie en las distintas cubiertas a través del viaje ... La noche del Lunes ya tenía congestión nasal, estornudos y tos. El Martes en la manana me hice el test del COVID, y dió positivo!!! Lo mismo ocurrió con mi hermana María Elisa, quien experimentó síntomas más severos aún, y terminó haciendo el viaje de regreso a Chile el Jueves 8, sintiéndose visiblemente enferma ... Sospechamos que la potencial fuente de contagio puede haber sido el buffet en el Ocean View Café, en donde cada persona se servía usando la misma cuchara, espátula, tenazas, etc., al transitar por las diferentes estaciones ... Cabe notar de que al ingresar al Café, había un empleado permanentemente ofreciendo líquido para desinfectar las manos, sin embargo la gran mayoría de los comensales pasaban de largo ... Me pregunto cuántas personas más terminaron contagiadas? En buena hora no terminamos el crucero en cuarentena a bordo, pero el alto riesgo de contagio por COVID es algo que Celebrity no puede desestimar ... Esta muy bien organizado todo los espectaculos son entretenidos pero lamentablemte no hay traducción simultanea, por eje. de las conferencias del Sr. Milos, para las personas que no somos bilingues por lo tanto uno se siente perjudicada, no se puede ver televisión en la piesa por que no hay titulación en otros idiomas. la alimentación es muy adecuada y variada, el casino de juegos lo encontre que es muy caro ya que debes perder mucho dinero y la probabilidad de ganar es baja. la eposición de las pimturas es interesante, disfruté mucho de las piscinas y el jacuzzy y mirar el paisaje desde las reposeras.

Servicio excelente. Actividades poco variadas. Shows en general muy buenos, algunos muy locales, en un inglés inentendible. Animadora de eventos hablando a100 por hora, sin ninguna consideración con los pasajeros que no son de habla inglesa
